Welcome to the 15th edition of the Star Alliance Reference Guide. This edition adds baggage, airport and frequent flyer information for Ethiopian Airlines (due to join in the final quarter). The addition of Ethiopian Airlines brings the Star Alliance membership to 28.

This guide is designed to provide a user-friendly tool that gives quick access to the information needed to deliver a smoother travel experience to international travellers.

Information may change during the course of the year, so please continue to consult your airline’s publications and information systems for changes and updates, as well as for operational information and procedures. Information on United and Continental is subject to change, as their merger progresses.
